The Art of Experimentation
Chapter 9 · 1 min read
You can conduct experiments. Call them bets. Call them tests. Call them what you want. You must do things that are outside your comfort zone, and discover what works.
Experiment with career choices, friends, environments, risk, whatever you’ve been avoiding. Conforming to the the status-quo is ease.
Experimentation is what leads to growth.
Never be disillusioned into thinking successful people have it figured out. They don’t. They run more experiments than everyone else until they find a formula that works, then they commit to it.
That’s your whole plan: pick a thing, share what you’re learning in great formats, and keep growing, because that’s how talent is born.
