Kill the Backlog

A backlog is a graveyard of good intentions dressed up as a plan. Every item in it is a small debt of attention you will never repay.

Do this instead: keep exactly three things. When you finish one, you may add one. That is the whole system.

The constraint is the point. Scarcity forces the ruthlessness that abundance quietly erodes.
